For you to use this app, your employer must enter entered a contract with The Conscious Leadership Company (TCLC), as we provide a business-to-business service

ABOUT YOUR DATA

The purpose of Consciously App for processing your data is to deliver you professional development coaching services as contracted by your employer. 

Our coaching aims to deliver a tailored, personalised service. To ensure the best and most effective experience, it is necessary to process the following items of Personal Data:

– Names
– Business email address
– Job title
– Department / team
– Sentiment / mood checkpoints (You don’t have to use provide this data, but it enriches the value you’ll derive from the coaching service)
– Progression through content delivered as part of the coaching service

The sentiment / mood information expressed via the Consciously App (“How do you feel today?”) will only be displayed to your employer in an aggregated and anonymised format at team / departmental level, with no link to individuals’ records. Your personal inputs will only be visible to you.

Your personal information is not sold to or shared with any unauthorised third party and is hosted and processed within the United Kingdom. 

Your information will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which is processed, which includes a period after the delivery of coaching services to allow for audits and as required by our contract with your employer; after this period expires, your information will be anonymised and kept in an anonymous and aggregated format for statistical purpose.

TCLC takes your privacy seriously and applies adequate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, as required by applicable laws.
